FAQ for Automechanika 2024

Dear Colleagues,

we are rapidly approaching the Automechanika event from September 10-14 in Frankfurt! On this page, we would like to provide answers to frequently asked questions. Is your question still not answered? Then please contact Julia Volante or Alba Sanchez - we are happy to help!

A = ARRIVING

B = BUS SHUTTLE

We will have a bus shuttle from Tuesday to Friday, as well as on Monday afternoon for the stand introdution.

Bus Schedule:

• Monday from Hotel to Messe Hall 11.1
  BUS at 2:30 PM
  RETURN to hotel at 6:30 PM
  
  
• Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from Hotel to Messe Hall 11.1 
  BUS 1 for booth staff: 7:45 AM 
  BUS 2 for visitors: 8:45 AM 
  RETURN to Hotel at 6:30 PM
  
  
• Friday from the hotel to Messe Hall 11.1
  BUS 1 for booth staff: 7:45 AM 
  BUS 2 for visitors: 8:45 AM 
  RETURN to hotel at 8:30 PM to the hotel

C = CATERING

There will be catering at our stand for planned and registered customer group visits. We also have vouchers for the Body & Paint networking area just across our stand.

D = DRESSCODE

Booth Staff: 
We will provide you with Poloshirts at the Team Hotel upon arrival on Monday, if you arrive later that week, you will get your Polo Shirt at the PPG stand!

Sales Team: 

Polo shirt or white shirt + black trousers - suit and white sneakers | you will be albe to collect a PPG Pin and Lanyard at the PPG booth.

E = EVENING PROGRAM FOR EVERYONE STAYING AT THE TEAM HOTEL

Lanyards for tickets, including ticket holders, will be distributed at the exhibition stand but also in the hotel for you who are there on the Monday.

Opening hours of the Automechanika are:

Tues-Fri: 09.00 a.m. - 06.00 p.m.

Sat: 09.00 a.m. - 05.00 p.m.

P = PROGRAMM HIGHLIGHTS

T = TICKET

PPG Booth staff: 

Your ticket will be sent to you, you will have to print it out and take it with you. If you cannot print it, send it to Julia Violante (violante@ppg.com), Julia will bring the ticket to the team hotel/PPG booth. 

Visitors ticket:

You will recieve a ticket code and you can then use that code to download your personal ticket on the website of the automechanika. Please follow the process and you will be able to download a PDF with your personal ticket for the Automechanika. 

ALL TICKETS ARE VALID FOR THE WHOLE TIME OF THE AUTOMECHANIKA (TUESDAY-SATURDAY)
