PPG Refinish Benelux is partnering with NexTechnician Amsterdam and distributor Altac Coating Group to enhance education for auto body repair shops

This collaboration aims to bridge the skills gap in the automotive refinishing sector. As part of their commitment to address the skills shortage, PPG is donating the automated MoonWalk® color mixing system® and PPG LINQ™ Pro subscription (which includes PPG VisualizID™, PPG DigiMatch™, PaintManager® XI, TouchMix® Ultra and scale).

In 2023, PPG announced its dedication to tackling the skills shortage in the automotive refinishing sector. PPG Refinish Benelux is working with NexTechnician, a collaboration between Mobility Companies and the ROC van Amsterdam, to provide high-quality education and training. PPG is offering the MoonWalk® system and their training expertise to support young sprayers in preparing for the challenges of the rapidly evolving industry. By doing so, PPG acknowledges the difficulties faced by bodyshops and aims to help address the lack of skilled workers and young talent.
