Our PPG Energy Calculator APP simulates the environmental impact of the spray booth, CO₂ and product changes at the bodyshop level, promoting energy & CO₂ reduction.

• PRODUCT CALCULATOR: Calculation of potential energy and CO₂ savings based on the right choice of product.  
• CO₂ CALCULATOR: Calculation of potential energy and CO₂ savings based on a carbon reduced repair process.
  
  

It is designed to calculate the energy consumption, carbon footprint whilst also providing approximate information about the cycle time.

• We offer face-to-face training as well as online training on sustainability and repair processes that will help minimise your energy consumption and carbon emissions throughout the whole repair process.

• Data collection of some sustainability-KPIs (energy consumption, CO₂ footprint, waste, etc.) throughout the bodyshop.
• On-site visits with specific, individual recommendations for improving KPIs.
