Wet and dry paper

Machine dry sanding

If applying under a 2K Surfacer

Before and after any sanding operation, the substrate must be thoroughly degreased. Use an appropriate product from the PPG range. See TDS RLD63V Deltron Cleaners for selection and usage instructions.

Spraying Range                                      

15 - 20 cms.

Number of Coats

Apply 2 single coats to give a minimum film thickness of approximately 25 microns.

Drying times

At 20°C – Recoatable after 10 – 15 minutes (depending upon film thickness).
